Recently, I’ve started to really get into Victoria’s Secret body lotions. I’ve always used their perfumes, body mist sprays, and way back in the day I used their Drenched In PINK body lotion. I don’t know why I kinda started to sway away from their body care… no real reason, I guess. I just started sampling them out in the store one day and now I’m obsessed again!
Living in the Northeast, winter has arrived. With that comes extremely cold temperatures, dry, cracked skin, you know, all the fun stuff that comes with old man winter. You can never be too moisturized during these times.Β
This is the follow up to my Bath & Body Works body care haul I posted last week. If you’ve already read it, you’ll know I picked up some great lotions and body creams. Still, I went into Victoria’s Secret looking for a good hand cream. Every time during the winter, I notice a small patch of dry, flaky skin (right between my pinky and ring finger) that always gives me a problem during these cold winter months. I’m not sure if it’s some kind of eczema or just issues with the weather, it being so cold, me not wearing gloves, etc. It only flares up during the cold months. Anyway, I needed some hand cream.
I saw these and I think they were retailing for $8 a piece, now I’m not sure but I think they were having a B1G1 sale or some kind of deal. I originally had just the Pomegranate one, however, the sales associate mentioned the sale and that’s why I grabbed the Coconut Milk as well.
I think these hand creams are very convenient, easy to just toss in your purse and use whenever needed. Plus they smell so good!! I honestly don’t know which scent I like better since they both smell freaking amazing! I’ve been using them daily (I’ve tried the Coconut Milk, however, the Pomegranate one is the one I carry in my purse for right now) These lotions dry quickly and are not super greasy. They don’t leave your hands feeling sticky or like you have a lot of residue on them. I hate lotions that make my hands feel like I have something on them! I am very weird when it comes to having some kind of substance on my hands. I need my hands to be clean, feel clean, and not have that feeling of grease or oil, or anything like that on them. (I don’t even like to eat messy foods if I know my hands will get dirty, unless I’m near a sink or somewhere I can clean up afterwards)
I’ve also noticed since using these lotions, (I’m not saying it’s BECAUSE of these lotions, however, I think it helped a lot) that little dry, flaky patch of skin that was irritating me has pretty much cleared up. That small portion doesn’t feel rough, nor dry anymore. I’ve been using the hand cream multiple times throughout the day. I really do like them and will continue to purchase them again! Did I also mention they smell sooo good? π
I love body butter! I was using one from Bath & Body Works that I really enjoyed, although, I think they discontinued it a while ago. Needless to say, I wanted to find another one I thought I’d enjoy just as much. I haven’t tried this out yet… but I will say I love VS Pomegranate & Coconut Milk scents! They really smell so wonderful! (Since this haul I have purchased a Body Butter in the scent Coconut Milk & a body lotion in the scent Acai- another great scent!
So far I’m really impressed with the scents and the lotions. As I mentioned, I picked up a lotion in Acai. One of my Instagram friends had one and I was sure I needed one too! I was right! π I really like that scent a lot! I ended up buying that scent for my husband’s Aunt for Christmas. I wanted to get my Mother In Law the same one, however, they only had one left and such limited quantities, so she got a lotion in the scent ‘Shea.’ The Acai one was a hit though.
I will definitely be purchasing more lotions and body creams/ butters in the future when I start to get low and run out. I love these scents so much! They seem to last longer on me (unlike the B&BW lotions) so that’s definitely a plus in my book.
Have you tried any of these lotions or scents before? What are your favs? Let me know!
Thanks for reading! π
Feel free to connect with me on my other socials. Let me know that you added me & I’ll add you back. π
This was very helpful. Good to know they leave hands moisturized but not feeling greasy or oily since I don’t like that either.

I bought them in store. I think a couple of them sold out online. When I looked the Coconut Milk hand cream was gone & the Pomegranate body butter was too. That was a few days ago that I looked, so maybe they restocked it by now? They’re so good though!!
