Pixi Beauty Peel & Polish Review

IMG_2500I was pleasantly surprised when I received this package from Pixi Beauty, who very kindly sent this out for me to try.

Pixi is a new brand for me. I’ve noticed this brand maybe, two months ago? I was in Target and had my eye on their Hydrating Milky Mist and Glow Mist. I was hearing wonderful reviews on them and kept debating if I should pick them up to give them a try.

I ended up not getting them… but I’m heading to Target this week and I do have them on my list. With that said, after trying this product, I am now very eager and excited to try other products from this company. (Which is why I will be heading to Target to pick up those mists. )

The Peel & Polish is a resurfacing concentrate mask. It contains :

  • Lactic Acid – Helps exfoliate & clarify
  • Papaya Fruit Extract – Helps tone and texture
  • Sugar Cane Extract – Glow revealing

I do have sensitive skin, so I’m usually a little cautious when trying out any kind of new skin care. I found this scrub/ mask to be very gentle and not abrasive or harsh on my skin. It left it feeling very soft and radiant. I have been very pleased with the results so far.

I was pleasantly surprised it didn’t tingle much when the product was on. (I’m usually very sensitive to that) I’ve left it on each time for the two minutes that is recommended before washing it off.

I like how it gently exfoliates without leaving any sensitivity or dryness to parts of the skin. It’s a great mask and a great, more affordable option if you’re looking to save a little money, but still want a good quality scrub/ mask.

Overall, my thoughts on this product would be that I’m enjoying it. It seems to be doing what it claims to do. I’ve noticed my skin looks more polished and vibrant after using it. My skin feels so smooth, no dryness, no irritations. That’s always a great thing! I think this is a good product and I’d recommend it.

It retails for $24 on the Pixi Beauty website, or can be purchased at Target. I’m not too sure what other retail stores carry this brand at the moment.

I would like to thank Pixi for allowing me to test out this product. I am very impressed and am now looking forward to purchasing some other products I’ve had my eye on for a while.

Even though this product was sent to me for free, my opinion and thoughts are 100% my own. I’m not getting paid or given any kind of perk to give a good review. I just wanted to make that clear so you guys know, as always, this is my honest take/ thoughts on products, if they are sent to me, or I purchase them myself. I’ll always be 100% honest about how I feel.

Have you guys tried this product or anything by Pixi? How’d you like it? Let me know!

Feel free to follow me on Instagram (I am going to be doing a giveaway at some point – hopefully soon and will include one of these Peel & Polish masks, since Pixi so generously sent three of them) my name is the same as here : ThattgirlJenn
