I am totally late on the Huda Beauty train. For some time now, I have been eying her products. Finally, finally, I decided to buy this limited edition highlighter palette. I was seeing gorgeous pictures of it everywhere! I wasn’t sure when it was going to be discontinued, so I went to one of my Sephora stores and grabbed it.
What is is : A highlighter palette with four summer shades, that will create that beautiful summer glow on your cheeks.
- Saint Tropez – Shimmering gold
- Malibu – Ultra shimmery medium bronze
- Copacabana – Sweet pink powder
- Mykonos – Semi -sheer purple highlighter with subtle blue gleam
I am so happy I decided to purchase this palette. It has been my go to for the past week. The powders are so finely milled and very creamy. They feel nice to the touch. They apply easily and nicely. I don’t find this highlighter palette to be a boom in your face kind of highlight. It’s on the more subtle, but build-able side… yet, still gives off an amazing glow. All of these shades have amazing pigmentation and performance.
I personally find these shades unique. I don’t think I have anything like this in my collection. Saint Tropez is a cream and I thought it was going to be weird and not pick up on my brush, or I’d have to use my finger… (which I hate) but it works perfectly with my Morphe highlighter brush. (haven’t tried it yet with other brushes)
This palette is limited edition and I’m unsure when it will be gone. If you’re interested in purchasing one, I’d do it soon, as I’m not sure if it will return again at some point.
I know this is my first Huda Beauty product so I can’t speak on any of her other products…. however, I think she hit it out of the park with this one! I’m really so impressed and kicking myself for waiting so long to try it. Guys, it’s so beautiful and just performs so great! I’ve been obsessed!
I definitely am interested in trying other Huda Beauty products. I’m planning to pick up her other highlighter palettes very soon. Her Desert Dusk palette just released and that is on my list as well! Serious heart eyes for that one! I’m curious about her liquid lipsticks as well. I’ve heard many say they are a favorite, so I’m looking forward to trying them out and seeing how they perform.
Have any of you tried this palette or other Huda products? What did you think? Let me know!
Thanks for reading! 🙂
